How do I change my delivery address? Add special instructions?

At the payment stage, you're given the option to insert a different delivery address to your payment address. If you need to amend the address after the order has been confirmed, then you can send us a message via eBay.

Free 30 day returns

If you're not 100% happy with your new product and you've not used it, just let us know within 30 days of delivery and you can return it to us completely free.

Our friendly team will be happy to help with any questions you might have about returning your product. All you have to do is contact our customer services team via an eBay message. You can reach them Monday to Saturday, 8am-7pm and Sunday, 8am-6pm. Please note you' ll need to get in touch first before opening an eBay request or case.

Here's some additional things you need to know about our returns policy:

If you've used the product

We're happy for you to unpack the item and inspect it properly, however, if you've used or installed it, we will only make a partial refund to cover the loss in value of the product. Please note, this could be up to 50% of the price of the item. Your refund will be made after we have inspected the product.

If you think your product may be faulty

We'll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible if you believe there's a fault with your product. We'll ask you to provide information on the product and the problem and may suggest an our customer service team to check to help identify the fault. If the product is faulty, we'll offer you a resolution in accordance with your legal rights.

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure they are sent out in perfect condition.

In the unlikly event of returning the products, please email us throught eBay messages within 48 hours of receiving delivery of your product.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods within 30 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging to us and/or our supplier (or any other UK address specified by us),

at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If your item is damaged in transit, kindly retain the damaged goods & all packaging & email us through eBay messages immediately.

Unlike some Ebayers, we do not charge any re-stocking fees for returned items.
