Vintage Laura Ashley white frill hemline cotton petticoat. Made in Carno Wales. Possibly from the 1970s? Originally a hooped petticoat, my wife no longer has the hoop but the seam is there for a hoop to be threaded through. Has a drawstring waist so fits all sizes. Fantastic condition for age, no brown spots, holes or tears.
