My sister is downsizing and looking for a new home for some of her treasures!
She received this Japanese Bride doll from her Japanese pen pal in the early-mid 1960s.
The doll measures approx. 7 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 6"
It is wearing a red, white and gold kimono with a white brocade trim.
The DOLL is in EXCELLENT condition. There is a tiny mark to the right of the mouth.
It comes with original box. The BOX is in FAIR condition. It has a split side, a crushed side, and the top has an end torn off. See pics.
Her pen pal also sent an ad (7 x 4) of a Japanese bridal kimono and an American bridal gown.
