A very old genuine and rare Rolex blue box

The hinges on this box are stiff, so I didn't open it fully, but opened it about two-thirds to take the photo.

The number on the back is 4 digits, but even vintage boxes from the 1960s have 5 digits, soI'm guessing this box is from the 50s to early 60s.
