Antique Lawson flip clock model #414 (circa the late 1930s) in Excellent Condition (working) with the Original Cord!

It measures about 7-1/4 x 3-1/4 x 3-1/2 high. I’ve owned it for about ten years. It keeps excellent time and it’s in great condition. The only thing I can say bad (a figure of speech) about it is that the very bottom is somehow not perfectly level (I did not see any imperfection whatsoever and it’s just barely), so I put a small cloth cup placeholder underneath (the one you see in the picture which will be included with the purchase). Notwithstanding, it’s still as close to perfect condition as you’re ever going to find!

And another thing. You want to be careful moving the cord once it’s in place because when it goes into the socket it’s in there fairly solid (this is the original cord). And if the electricity somehow gets turned off (I live in the country) then it sometimes hums when the power comes back on. I recommend plugging it into a switched power cord and if the power does go off then all you do is switch it off and then back on to reset it (no biggie). This is likely not ever going to happen if you don’t live in the country like me. The great thing about it is the ability to set the time from the bottom. As stated previously, it keeps excellent time (very reliable)!

As for the pictures, the metal is reflective and I didn’t want to take it off the shelf (to another room where I normally take pictures). This isn’t something that’s meant to be moved around a lot (due to the cord as stated previously).
