It is from Brussels, Belgium and it is a speculaas mold. Jan Vande Vorde was a mold carver who carved on the streets of Brugges much like a street performer

1. Please keep in mind that this is an antique item and not brand new. SLIGHT WEAR SHOULD BE EXPECTED. Therefore, there might be some imperfections and that is normal for vintage items. I will mention anything major. Pictures are a big part of the description, please take the time to look at them closely.
