Yes this cylinder is longer than the cheap cylinder you may have installed and yes it comes with 2 keys

The Lock Body Is Locked as standard Straight out of the Box. Familiarise yourself with installation instructions on the box. Returns for the handles being locked will not be accepted. Cylinder must be installed and the key used before handles become unlocked. It is not a fault with the product it is incorrect installation

Some modification to doors maybe required for older model doors. Older Single Latch Models will require some modification to door and strike plate.
