The boys in the Lastdue Shops have taken a giant leap and have started  designing and printing 3-D N scale vehicles.  We've noticed that there is a real lack of affordable US made fire apparatus on N scale layouts, that is until now.  What fire truck is more American than American Lafrance.  In 1947  American Lafrance launched their 700 Series, a ground breaking cab forward design that set the standard   that continues to this day in the design of custom built fire engines.  This design was used for pumpers ladders and rescues.  The boys in the Lastdue 3-d design shop have replicated several of the trucks in this series.  The 700 Series was made from 1947 until almost 1960.  The trucks could be seen in service well into the 1980s and many are still in fire houses as parade pieces.  This model is a standard pumper.  These had a curbside pump panel so the engineer could pump the truck and not be exposed to traffic.  While these trucks came with open and closed tops the open top is IMHO the more classic look.

Some flash removal and painting required.

These were built to fill the gaps on the sellers own N Scale layout.  Comments and questions always welcome.  I gladly combine shipping on N Scale models.  Buy multiples items and get them all shipped for the same price.  Be sure to check out my other auctions.  I have fire, military, police, circus and misc trucks for sale.
