They are in great used condition.

No holes rips or stains.

  All my items come from a smoke free home! We do, however, have a dog and I will make every effort to make sure item is free of any hair. As with any purchased garment, I recommended that you wash it first.  I also state measurements to the best of my ability.  All are lying flat when measured.
