<How to check if dual screen connection is possible>

First, please check the power supply terminals called pogo-pin on the back of your V50.

If pogopins exist, your v50 is a model that can be connected to a dual screen.

Second, you need to verify that the wireless data transmission/reception chip in your V50 is working.

Press the number below on the number screen.

This code will guide you to the hidden menu of v50.

SVC menu-> Cover display-> Cover display FW version

Here, you can find out the dual screen firmware version of your v50. If the cover display menu is activated like the attached images, you can use the dual screen.

If this menu is not active, it means that the wireless chip is not working. So, you have to visit LG service to use the dual screen.

Please do not touch anything in the hidden menu recklessly. There may be an irreversible situation in your v50.
