Here is a 1948 Brer Rabbit's New Orleans Molasses Recipes booklet.  This has desserts, candies, beverages. 

The front and back covers have some issues.  Front cover is torn and has creases.  Back cover has creases and a pieces is missing on the lower right corner.

Someone wrote by a recipe the date, and stated it was good.  There are splatters on those 2 pages.  There are two pages of colored pictures.

Some of the recipes include:  Old Fashioned Pudding Sauce, Molasses Whole Wheat Nut Bread, Molasses Pecan Cookies, Tuttie Fruitti Cookies, Gingersnaps.

The booklet measures 5 by 8 inches.
