We do our best to ensure you are getting the freshest eggs possible. We will not ship eggs that are more than a day old.

Eggs will arrive brushed off, but unwashed to keep the eggs' bloom intact. Do not wash the eggs when you receive them for best chances of hatching.

This breed is an excellent egg layer when fully grown (about 300 a year!) and mild-tempered. These domesticated ducks can not fly more than the occasional foot off the ground. Spend time with your ducklings and they will love you. 

PLEASE NOTE: Crested ducks often hatch with a great big puff of feathers on their head, but they can also hatch with a small puff or none at all. This is entirely up to genetics and nothing we can control.
