They come complete in original boxes. With the magnetic grills and instructions and cutout templates. 

Was going to use this for a 5 speaker surround sound set up.
The Klipsch R-5800-W-II for front right & left & center channels.
And The Klipsch R-5650-W-II for surround sound channels.
