This pretty dress is from Chaps (a Ralph Lauren division) in a misses size extra large.  Black and brown/tan in color. Polyester lining.  Soft and stretchy, made of 95% polyester and 5% spandex.  Machine washable.  

Unstretched, measured from seam to seam across the front:

bust is 20 inches across

waist is 17 inches across

hips are 19.5 inches across

sleeves are 20 inches long

length is 41 inches long
