• All merchandise comes from CLEAN, NO SMOKING, NO PET environment. 
• All preowned clothing items are Washed and/or Steamed.
• All shoes are cleaned and disinfected prior to shipment.
• All caps/hats are shipped in a box (excluding knits).
• USPS POSTAGE COSTS HAVE INCREASED JANUARY 2024! We can't control this cost however, we always try to ship the most economical for you. 
• We take pride in selling items that are either new or in excellent, gently used condition unless otherwise noted. 
• IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ORDER, PLEASE REACH OUT PRIOR TO LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. WE WILL ALWAYS MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT!
• We have a 30 day return policy, free returns for most domestic shipments. Once we have received the item and inspected it we will issue the refund within 1-2 business days. All new with tags (NWT) items must have the original tags attached or the refund will be denied. All return items must be in the condition in which you received it.
• All International orders sold outside the USA are Final.
