Increases lymphatic drainage and breaks up lymphatic congestion (enlarged lymph nodes) especially in the pelvis, and in general is a lymphatic tonic. Cleavers is primarily used for lymphatic congestion, and is known to assist in the penetration and breakup of fibrous tissue and calcifications in the body (muscles, lymph, kidneys.)
Cleavers enhances the function of the lymphatic system and improves its ability to flush out toxins, decrease congestion, and reduce swelling.

Dandelion Root
Dandelion, revered in herbal traditions, offers a wealth of benefits for lymphatic drainage, water elimination, and detoxification. As a natural diuretic, dandelion facilitates the removal of excess water from the body, addressing fluid retention issues. The root is indicated for the digestive system, liver and lymph. How to use/consume this Lymphatic System Function Tea?

Strong Tea Preparation & Serving Adults: 
3 tbsp. (12g/0.42 oz.) of the herbal mixture in 600ml (20.3 fl oz.) of boiling water to boil for 1-2 min.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the herb soak overnight or for a minimum of 8 hours, strain the tea.
Divide into two equal parts and take it in the morning and evening on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals.
Warm up or drink cold.

Light Tea Preparation & Serving Children 5+ years: 
1 - 2 tbsp of the herbal blend infused with 250ml (8.5 fl oz.) boiling water.
Allow 3 - 10 minutes to steep and strain.
1 - 3 cups of tea per day 30 minutes before meals.
