Actual total weight is 13 lbs, but I'm allowing 8 oz. for the weight of the jar and interior bag, so calling it 12.5 lbs.  The label says "10 lbs.," but the photographer I acquired it from must have added some, so 12 lbs., 8 oz. of pure Sodium Sulfite (Na2SO3.)

This is the main ingredient of most film fixers. It was preferred by Ansel Adams because it doesn't include gelatin hardeners, so facilitates toners like Selenium, etc.

I'm listing other photographic chemicals and alternative photography equipment, (ASAP), so check my other listings.
