- Used/Preowned - in good vintage condition - floats well - however pen no longer writes - ink is dry - only for collection/novelty purposes - pen tip does not retract in all the way - some discoloration on the white barrel

- Pen barrel tip twists in and out to write - white plastic barrel - blue top - 6 inches long
