Our cushions are ideal for indoor or outdoor use. Great for
your outdoor garden furniture or your conservatory.
The fabric of our cushions is water-resistant which means
that the fabric itself acts as a barrier and that your cushions will withstand
being left outdoors in a light shower of rain. They will also resist a small
spillage and can be sponged clean or machine washed at a low temperature.
Please note that the fabric is not waterproof but water-resistant.
To care for your outdoor cushions always ensure that they
are clean and fully dry before storing in a dry place, they will then last for
many summer months and you will be proud to place them on your garden furniture
each year, to add colour and brightness in your garden.

Refund policy
We are sure that you will be happy with your
order, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase we are able to process a
refund for the items as long as we are notified within 14 days of you receiving
the goods subject to the conditions set out below.
To request a refund or exchange please email info@alfrescorugs.co.uk with your order reference number, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund/exchange.
We will provide you the returns address to send the item back to and we will then inspect the returns and we will inform you if the return/exchange has been approved.
If the refund is due to a shipping error or
damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases,
you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. We strongly
advise that you return items using a method that requires proof of delivery and
includes insurance for any damage caused during return transit. We will not
accept responsibility for lost or damaged returned items.
Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Once a refund has been approved, you will receive the appropriate amount within 7 days of the item being received by us. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
