All intercoolers are not made equal, but the brand new R-Sport Stage 2 Intercooler is finally here to suit Fiesta ST Mk8 models.

Manufactured with a hugely strong bar and plate core this intercooler produces absolutely fantastic results. Intake air temperatures are reduced massively when compared to the stock intercooler meaning you can increase performance whilst maintaining reliability and consistency.

For this stage 2 intercooler we wanted to offer a stock location solution for that OEM look behind the front bumper, with no modification or cutting required to fit, especially important in the TUV heartland of western Europe. 

In our extensive testing with the help of the guys at Maxd-Out, we found in our dyno cell intake air temperatures were reduced by as much as 20 degrees! Critically with this not being a full height intercooler, allowing full air flow to the radiator, coolant temperatures remain identical to the stock intercooler.

Using the latest technology available including 3D scanning and printing we were able to squeeze the R-Sport Stage 2 Intercooler to over 50% larger than the stock intercooler in terms of volume so you know it will outperform the competition in even the harshest of environments.

The intercooler core size is 150mm x 90mm x 690mm and it weighs in at 9.9kg, powder coated in satin black or alloy silver.

As with all R-Sport intercoolers, this ST Mk8 cooler is direct fit and very easy to install with very few tools required. We also offer fitting on these at Pumaspeed HQ in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

There's no need to pay big name prices for your intercooler, R-Sport intercoolers are amongst the best on the market without the crazy price tag!

We had intended this cooler to be a stage 2 unit only suitable for stock turbo cars, however with so much over engineering of the end tank flow rate and over specification of the core size and internal fin structure it very quickly became obvious in dyno testing that is was a very suitable unit for our stage 3 300bhp X37 power kits, IT HAS ACHEIVED OVER 325BHP IN PUMASPEED TESTING
