Amazing vintage women's union suit by Montgomery Ward.   Cotton with a fleece lining throughout the whole suit ....cozy!   Buttons partway down the front and has the openings so you can go to the bathroom easily.   No issues other that a couple of faint marks of discoloration.   One at the waist and another at the bottom of one ankle and some light soiling at the inside of the button placket near the neck.   Size on the tag reads 36, but please be sure to check the measurements carefully.   All measurements have been taken with the garment laying flat, so may need to be doubled.
