This item will be posted 2nd class delivery free P & P but we do offer an upgrade to 1st class delivery for an additional fee of £1.60. We try to post item the same working day if possible if not you will not be waiting no longer than a 24 hour period.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ask customers if they buy multiple items that they all get sent to one address so the right postage can be applied and if over £21 item can be tracked. We do not allow sellers to purchase of us if they wish to send to multiple addresses and we may message you to ask why or cancel the order thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS / CLAIMS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days from the date of received item. The item must be in its original condition.

The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to defective product or an error on our part. The refund will be issued once we receive your return.

Customer must notify our customer support team regarding a lost parcel within 30 days of purchase date. Failure to report within this period may result in the claim being denied.
