Here we have a pair of Cerwin Vega D-9 series 1 crossovers. This pair has been restored by 99% Audio. Our process of crossover restoration focuses on retaining or restoring the original factory sound and feel of Cerwin Vega speakers. My restoration process, First I clean and detox the crossover. Evaluate the condition of its components. Then I remove ALL capacitors and replace with same type and efficiency, also reflow all solder joints to insure no cold solder joints. Also I add additional tweeter protection in conjunction with the factory circuit breaker in the form of a PTC. I clean and lube the potentiometers if applicable, then test. So these are basically brand new.

If you would like to trade in your old crossovers for a restored pair we have in stock. It's simple, just purchase our crossovers and we will ship them out to you. In the shipping box we will provide along a return shipping label, just remove your old crossovers, repackage them in the box and packing materials provided, slap the label on and drop off at CVS or ups location. When we receive your old crossovers, we will inspect them for damage like broken corners. Broken corners is our main concern when taking in Crossover cores. Core value varies from model to model. If you've removed your old crossovers, you can take pictures of them and send them to us, we can give you a fair estimate of trade in value towards your purchase of a fesh restored set. Once we have determined the core value, we will refund you their value off of the purchase price of the new set you've purchased from us.
