This headshell will work with turntables with S-Curve SME type tonearms.  I don't know what brand of turntable it came from.  See pictures for condition.

Other than what is shown in the pictures, no nuts, bolts, screws, washers, wires, connectors, or anything else is included in the listing. However, I do have a considerable assortment of fasteners, and I will be happy to throw  in a few at no charge if you need them and contact me in advance of the shipping of the item.
