Frames: are model # 6023 made of Titanium 53[]16 140. without lens

Case: has a sneaker shoe imprint on back and the NIKE swoosh on front.  Inside of case it says "The eyes had the body", inlcudes a NIKE lens cloth with NIKE logo.
