We are manufacturing wholesalers & retail jewellers in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, with over 30 years of experience supplying wedding rings in Platinum, 18ct white & yellow gold, 9ct gold, Palladium & Titanium, Men and Women's jewellery, Certified Diamonds, Diamond Jewellery, Masonic jewellery and second hand vintage jewellery.

Our Stores

Delivery

We use Royal Mail as our courier.

The majority of our order are sent out with NEXT DAY delivery if ordered before 12pm.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday).

PLEASE NOTE: Most deliveries depending on the value of the item(s) are sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery meaning a signature is required upon delivery.

Please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout, as we can only send to the address that will come through PayPal. This is an eBay policy.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.

Returns

We are proud of our service and the jewellery we provide, so much so we offer a 60 day return/exchange policy.

Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. Please include a copy of your Invoice in with your item(s), and your eBay username ,as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so can delay your refund / exchange.
