Delivery to UK mainland - Dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received.

We ship to any "Mainland UK" address. However UK Carriers do charge us extra for deliveries to areas they class as outside of this area. Such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man and we do need to add on these extra charges. If you live in any of these areas please message us before ordering so we can quote for delivery prior to purchase.

All our plants are sent in specially designed packaging to ensure they arrive with you in excellent condition.

We accept that there will occasionally be damage in transit despite our best efforts. If you are unfortunate enough to receive plants in a poor condition, please take a photograph and forward a copy of the picture to us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review any genuine complaints and respond accordingly. We do not accept returns under other circumstances

Please note that we ship on receipt of funds. Please do not pay if you are bidding on multiple items until the last auction finishes.
