The front glass surface has no scratches but there is some coating deterioration. The rear glass surface looks good with no scratches or noticeable coating issues. Internally, however, there are spots under the rear glass, some haze and dust particles inside, so it would benefit from a CLA. The glass is slightly yellow. In my quick testing it still takes nice images as is with excellent sharpness but maybe lower contrast than normal, please see the last photo as an example (taken on a Sony A7R IV, no post-processing).

Aperture opens and closes easily with no oil on blades. Cosmetically it shows scuffs and other signs of use. The front nameplate ring has a crack where it goes on the lens itself, so it is currently held in place with a black tape.

It comes with the origina front cap and a rear screw-on mounting plate, as shown.
