Product Description

A replacement for the inflatable liner supplied with the Lay‑Z‑Spa Paris AirJet™ 2021 Model and cross‑compatible with older versions. The liner is the hub of your Lay‑Z‑Spa®. It's the area of your Lay‑Z‑Spa® that is filled with water and connects to the heater pump. It also contains the integrated massage jets that provide a relaxing spa experience. If you're unsure which replacement part your Lay‑Z‑Spa® requires, contact our dedicated Bestway Aftersales team who will happily identify the problem and advise you on how to fix it. *Please note: the screw valve is not included The replacement will be smaller than the original once you have inflated it. The reason being, this is made from vinyl which expands over time from the ambient air temperature and the heat of the water. Once fully expanded, this will look the same as before.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure you receive your order within the time frames outlined above, circumstances beyond our control can cause delays. Urban Beach Clothing is not liable for any consequential loss as a result of orders being delivered late.

Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided at the checkout. Please note that items may be packaged and dispatched separately.

BFPO address

Only orders delivered by Royal Mail can be delivered to BFPO addresses.

Delivery to OUT OF AREA

For small and medium items (delivered with Yodel & Royal Mail), we will deliver to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland at no extra cost. For large items (delivered with XDP), we may be unable to deliver to out of area post codes, therefore, please contact us before placing your order so we can check if delivery is available.

Failed Deliveries

It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are in at the time of the delivery or that they collect the item from the depot/sorting office. Orders which are returned undelivered can be re-dispatched (additional delivery costs will be charged prior to dispatch) or refunded (minus the cost of the failed delivery).

Returns

Please contact us prior to returning any item.

Unwanted/Cancelled Purchases

  • Must be reported within 14 days of receipt of the item
  • Must be received back to us within 28 days of receipt of the item
  • Must be complete in or with original packaging
  • Must be in a re-sellable condition
  • Must be notified prior to return

As per our terms and conditions please return all unwanted items and cancelled orders at your own cost. We advise using a tracked service and all customers should obtain proof of postage. For help returning your item(s) please contact us.

All order(s) will be checked upon receipt. If your return is accepted we will notify you via email or telephone and process your refund. If there is a problem with your return, or you fail to acknowledge the above terms and conditions, a member of our customer service team will be in touch.
