In like new condition because it has been opened but it has never been used. I have not tested it but again, I never used it at all, I can only guess it is works. It was only opened because the glue has dried up after all of these years. It is from a pet free, smoke free home. It will be shipping in a small but sturdy cardboard box, so that it will not get cracked in shipping.
