These shoes look to be a hand-painted pair of Vans. They do show wear with dirt/stains but still have some life left. Too cute not to list!

Shoes say “state patty’s day”, “happy valley”, “we” “are”

It is my understanding that State Pattys day was created by students at Penn State in March 2007 since the college was closed on the holiday.
