Comes as pictured for the buy it now price, best offer is primarily for if you want it as a roller.  I made a video of it working but can't seem to upload it using my phone?  The outside of tabs on one side of the servo are missing, that's what the wire is for, to help keep servo down, it works fine, just needs a new case. Spares pictured are included at the buy it now price.
