Zeiss Tessar T* 45mm 1:2.8 lens with vented lens hood and rear cap in Contax C/Y mount. Very clean cosmetically. The focusing barrel turns easily and works correctly. The aperture ring rotates easily and the aperture blades stop down correctly. Glass has very light fogging/haze. Minimal impact as far as usage goes. The rear protective mount around the rear lens has been modified slightly - see photos. Does not impact usage at all.
