My programable remote has the wrong settings for this model so i cant access the menu settings.
The vcr records but the tracking is off and plays black and white.
Commercial tapes play back fine and in color.
Dvd's are only playing through the video port not hdmi.
The hdmi displays gray to my tv but though an amp it flashes the picture.
Another tv it worked only once.
video shows a small dent on the lid.
