REDWINGS HORSE SANCTUARY is the UK's largest horse sanctuary caring for over 1,500 horses, ponies and donkeys. We receive no government funding and rely solely on the generosity of our supporters to fund our work. All money raised through eBay (minus fees) goes directly to the care of our rescued residents.
Please note we make every effort to ensure that we have described items accurately. All eBay items are generously donated by our supporters and members of the public so please bear in mind that they are in the same state as we received them. We do not accept returns so please ask any questions prior to purchase. If there are any problems with a purchase please contact us first before opening a case so that we can attempt to resolve any issues.
Despatch times are usually within 5 working days.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class for all our deliveries under 2kg and a
courier for those over this weight, therefore please allow up to 15 working days
for delivery as there can be delays. If your order has not been delivered after
15 working days, please e-mail us so that we can try to resolve the problem.
