Vintage Hand Painted Ceramic "New Baby" Teddy Bear Bank - 8 inches tall.  The bank is still in good condition - no chips or cracks.  This was given to me as a baby shower gift in 1986.  The bottom of the bank has some marks on it.   Please look closely at the pictures.
