We have owned this wonderful Franklin Half for many years, acquired from a very nice estate collection.  We finally had it graded (Feb 2024) and were pleased to see it achieve the PF65 Grade.  It is somewhat unique:  in some lighting conditions, the rim around the coin's OBV is frosted until it reaches Franklin's profile (can be seen in the pictures).giving it a pleasant visual effect.  The REV is also frosted in a similar fashion, just not as immediately noticeable as the OBV - at least to the naked eye.  Then, in other more brighter lighting conditions, it is your typical vibrant, flashy proof all around OBV and REV.  We tried to capture all this.  For example, first picture is under florescent lights, second under LED lights and so on.  Hard to capture true essence and visual effects of coin.
