This is charming romantic brooch featuring a floppy hat with a wide brim adorned with applied enameled flowers. The filigree metal mesh has a gold finish. The colorful enameled plaques are arranged in an artful way around the hat adding both color and texture. On the very top of the hat there is a large pink enameled flower plaque. There is also an interesting raised bow feature intricately woven in metal.
