Region: (probably) Northern Great Plains, Montana.

Dates: exact age is unknown as painting is not dated. Looks to have been done in possibly the 80’s-90’s but not certain.

Measures:

Canvas 24” x 36” Framed 30.75” x 42.75”

Condition: Some spots and or stains, dust pockets within the thicker areas of oil paint, some slight toning from age, very mild scuffs and a couple flea size paint chips. In overall nice condition!!

Frame condition: Sides has a few dings, scuffs, scratches and wear from use. Lining has stains, spots, snags, dust bunnies, toning and wear. Dust and debris pockets between lining and wood.

In my opinion the lining needs to be replaced. Still hangs nicely but up close you can visibly see the spots, stains and wear to lining. Wood frame is in rather nice condition with just a few imperfections. Worthy of keeping!
