THE COLOR-COMPLETE $10 DEFINITIVE STAMP (2015) IS IN THE LOWER RIGHT CORNER OF THE SHEETLET.

From the early 2000s to 2020, Pitcairn Islands stamps were printed for the Pitcairn Islands Philatelic Bureau (PIPB) by Southern Colour Printers, in New Zealand.

For the annual single stamp Premium Collectors' Editions, the production passed through a four-color ink process, using black, cyan (blue), magenta (red) and yellow, in that order. These were the COLOR SEPARATIONS. When the colors were merged - black/blue, black/blue/red and black/blue/red/yellow, these were known as PROGRESSIVES.

In total, the PIPB contracted for ELEVEN annual Premium Collectors' Editions, containing both separations and progressives, for one issue each year. The stamp selected for a Collectors' Edition was always the top value of a commemorative issue of the previous year, e.g. a 2019 $3.40 Moon Landing Anniversary stamp was featured in the final 2020 Collectors' Edition Pack, and, as always, was strictly limited to 200 packs. 

This is Pitcairn's ONLY Premium Collectors' Edition which did NOT have a commemorative stamp as the subject, and the ONLY one produced as a SOUVENIR SHEETLET of 8. It is now extremely scarce (only 200 produced).

This amazing item is a  M U S T   H A V E  addition for all serious PITCAIRN ISLANDS or POSTAL HISTORY collector.
