Up for sale is a vintage Signed Hazel Atlas Barrel Style Clear Glass Jar 6 .25" with metal lid and bail. Perhaps was sold with coffee? Numbers 5140 and 10 below the Hazel Atlas mark. 

Measures 6.25 tall, the bottom is 3.5" across and the top opening is 3".

Pre-owned condition ~ no scratches/marks ~ No chips or cracks- the lid has some surface rust on the outside- the inside is good. See photos.
