This is a 16 mm, color, sound, film by Philip Morris INC, - called "Grand Central" (1982) - It runs about 29 minutes , has complete titles, very good color (see pix), some light lines/wear (see pix), maybe 1 or 2 splices if any, and no vinegar. A pretty nice print.....The leader on this print is a little wavy - but its fine when the film starts.
