Bardl US800D Diversity Wireless receiver - UHF band 781-796.  Acquired as part of a lot I purchased for other reasons.  Tested for power-up only.  The included rack ears, screw-on-terminal antennas, and 12V DC power adapter might be of use to someone, even if unit is not!
