We will test each guitar before shipping to make sure it is in good condition before shipping, you want to debug, or have other questions, please contact customer service. But shipping from China takes time, when you get the guitar you need to readjust the strings, if you have questions or are not satisfied with our guitar, please tell us immediately after receiving the guitar. We will actively deal with it for you.


Usually the package will be sent through USPS and China Post, because it will cost you less, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can easily monitor the progress of the shipment on its website. We will use bubble wrap, please do not worry about the safety of the guitar.


 

Our price does not include duty. But don't worry, we can provide an invoice with a very low value and you may have to pay little or no customs duties. Regarding tariffs, please consult your local customs office before purchasing our products.

If the item you receive does not match the description, we will refund you in full, please return it within 3 days after receiving it, and keep it in good condition! After we receive the item, I will give you a full refund or exchange, but if it is not the quality of our guitar, we will not pay the shipping cost of the return. Please read the return policy before ordering!
