This unique antique necklace features five carved mother of pearl birds. The birds are intricately carved and suspended from liquid silver chain that is 16 inches in length. The necklace has a hook closure and is made of 925 sterling silver.

The necklace has an Art Deco style and is probably Native American, certainly Southwest in design. It is a statement piece that is perfect for any occasion. The necklace is in fine condition and has a white pearlescent color. It is a handmade piece and has a retro look. This beautiful necklace is a must-have for any art or natural beauty enthusiast.

This necklace is preowned and in very good condition. It is not marked by a maker or with a sterling silver indicator. But I did test it for silver, and it was positive. I bought this with a LARGE lot of Native American jewelry, and I feel 99% sure it is a Native American piece, but again, it is not marked. The necklace does have an honest, thick patina; it is old. The MOP carved birds are vibrant and pearlescent.
