This is a plastic model assembly kit of the Japanese heavy cruiser Tone. 1/350 scale, total length 576mm, total width 71mm. The fearless figure, which is said to be the culmination of functional beauty, has been thoroughly modeled. Recreates the Battle of Leyte Gulf in October 1945, when anti-aircraft guns and radar were strengthened. The upper part of the hull is split into left and right parts, and the lower part is integrally molded, creating a three-dimensional design with a smart form. Large parts such as the hull and deck can be assembled securely by screwing them to the reinforced frame parts. The Tone class was the last heavy cruiser built by the Japanese Navy.Of the two Tone class ships built, Tone was the first to be completed in November 1939.The main armament was four 20.3cm twin guns.
