HP Pavilion 15.6" 15-b107cl Sleekbook Touchscreen Laptop Running Windows 10

Windows is Activated, freshly installed and ready to go.

AMD A8-4555M processor running at 1.6ghz (Quad Core)
256gb SSD - OCZ-AGILITY3
8gb DDR3 Ram
HDMI Out
Touchscreen

Works good but there are a few things:
1 - The laptop is a little slower since it is a number of years old. Originally came with Windows 8.
2 - The battery is a replacement generic brand and not original HP. It sadly doesn't hold a charge. This sometimes causes the laptop to freeze, reboot automatically. Very sporadic.
3 - There is a lighter spot (small in size) in the middle left side of the screen. Kind of faint but may be noticeable/distracting depending on what your doing.
4 - Some of the keys show wear but do work. See pictures.
5 - It is having trouble installing KB5034441 windows update. All other updates are done. 

You must use the laptop plugged in. Maybe just use it for parts?

Comes with charger only. Charger in good shape, not frayed at ends. 

You will ONLY BE RECIEVING - The laptop and charger as pictured. No manuals, case, CD's. Etc are included.
