All items listed as used Items or like new are not covered by warrenty.

Made to order software products on Dvd or Usb flash drive are covered by 30 day warrenty against defects of the hardware only, if hardware is faulty please sent it back and a replacement will be sent back with the software package that was bought. Please donot file for returns as this will hold up your replacement.

Buyer Cancelation:
Orders placed and then a cancell request by buyer straight after sale will inccur a service fee of $5.00 AUD or more
which is ever is higher to cover advertising, listing, and ebay fees, that are not refundable.

Seller Cancelation:
