I believe this pattern is Meadow Garden, and I think this is the Heather colourway.  I have not been able to find another piece in the Heather colour, but it matches the description given on the Collectors' website.

I have found the colours quite difficult to capture - my photos appear correct when they leave me, but are exaggerated when uploaded to ebay.  Overall, the colours are a little softer, not harsh and dark.

This is a small bubble shaped paperweight.  Approximately 2.25" diameter and 1.5" high.

In excellent condition.
