We strongly advise all customers that they provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods during business hours.
2. All courier companies will attempt delivery of your goods once. If no one is home when delivery is being attempted, a note will be left in you letter box. A re-delivery will incur extra charges. All second deliveries need to be directly organised with the courier company and paid for before goods are delivered.
3. Once in the hands of the couriers, freight times are outside of our control. However all tracking details are forwarded via email upon dispatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company, or we are happy to attend to any queries you may have.

PICK-UP OPTION (No Handling Fee applies)

PICKUP PROCESS:

1. Proceed through eBay checkout. Click 'Buy It Now', Select "Payment Method" and Place Order. This will forward all your details. We will email you invoice for payment.
2. Then contact us via message or phone {Mon. - Fri. 9 am - 4 pm and Sat. 9 am -12 pm for prepaid pick-ups only} to arrange pick-up date and location.

SHIPPING:

1. SHIPPING TIME: Under normal situations, delivery time will take 3 to 10 working days after despatch depending on your location. Remote areas may require longer delivery time.
2. TRACKING: You will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number. Strutfit Pty Ltd has no control over goods once they depart our premises, insurance is included in the shipping amount advised. We can request but cannot guarantee that the courier will contact you prior to delivery. However, all tracking details are forwarded via email upon despatch and customers are welcome to contact the relevant freight company, or we are happy to attend to any queries you may have. A signature is required for all deliveries.
3. COMBINED POSTAGE: Contact us for freight cost. In order to benefit from combined shipping, please make payment for the combined purchase at the same time.

RETURNS

We accept returns. You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery; all you need to do is ship the item back to us. We also charge a 10% restocking fee. Return credits will be issued once the item is received and inspected.

Return Eligibility: Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).

· Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from Customer Service. Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via phone or your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. If you do without instructions, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and your returns may not be accepted.

· When a return is authorised, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered, which may include repairs, replacement items or store credit at our discretion.

· Applicable freight fees plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you have changed your mind and wish to return your product. This also applies to orders cancelled while in transit.
